Retail Return Policy

 

1.    Bath, lotions, body products, food/edibles, custom, monogrammed/personalized, and made-to-order items are not returnable or refundable.


2.    Clothing items may be returned within 14 days from date of purchase, if in original condition as at time of sale, with tags attached and return is accompanied by the original sales receipt.


3.    Furniture and large-scale items may be returned within 14 days from date of purchase, if in the same condition as at time of sale and return is accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns of furniture and large-scale items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original sales price, tax excluded.


4.    All returns will be made/credited to the original form of payment except where noted. A valid government-issued ID may be required for some returns. Some returns may be subject to refund verification and may be limited or declined.


5.    Eligible returnable items without the original sales receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit. Eligible returnable items accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit.


6.    Shipping costs are not refundable.


7.    Gift certificate purchases may be refunded to the original purchaser with a 5% processing charge deducted from the return total.


8.    Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.


9.    All returns of online purchases require pre-approval and an authorization code. Purchaser pays for return shipping.
